Our Stories

Dear friends,

Stories have always been my compass. They connect us, ground us, and remind us that life isn’t meant to be carried alone.

Anthology began as a way to honor life’s meaningful moments with care and intention. Over time, it evolved into something deeper—a space dedicated to wellness, connection, and shared human experience.

Anthology Grounds is a place to slow down and return to yourself in community. A pause in the rhythm of daily life. A space to gather, breathe, and be fully present with others without expectation or performance.

Rooted in my Mexican heritage, I was raised around gathering—where presence, conversation, and shared moments were how we cared for one another. That spirit continues here through intentional experiences designed to support rest, reflection, and reconnection.

Through retreats, guided conversations, shared meals, and experiential gatherings, we create spaces that invite people to come as they are and leave feeling more grounded and connected.

I can’t wait to meet you, hear your story, and share the space together.

With heart,
Savannah
